We all need some kind of help or support at some point in our lives, and I believe that the more we share, the more we have. This is why I support the following organisations/projects:
The Kiva organisation is really wonderful. They gather funds (loans) and help people around the world become independant & give them the means to support their family by helping them get started or improve on running their own small business. You can see my lender's page to follow the people that I help around the world.

I also now participate as a Jewelry Artist to support the Canadian Corsage Project in cooperation with BeadFX (sponsor) and Children's Aid Foundation.
This year, I have made 3 sets of Swarovski Crystals and Swarovski Pearls Jewelry for the 2009 Corsage Project. You can see what I made in my Gallery Page.

Thank YOU for helping me help others!

SEPTEMBER 2009 ONWARD - RESCUE GROUP FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR and BEYOND:
5% of September 2009 and 'onward' sales will be donated to the new project by the Animal Rescue Foundation (ARF) located in the province of Alberta. This new project is called "Pad for Paws" which will enable ARF to build a permanent facility to better help all the animals that they rescue - you can read the details on the Pad for Paws Website.
It's a huge project and the faster the funds can be raised, the many more animals can be helped in Calgary and surrounding regions. So I've decided that until further notice, I will focus all of my monthly donations to help them with their general needs as I was doing in the past (the money goes to the immediate care fund for animals they currently have), as well as donate some of the funds I've gathered to help them build this facility.
Thank you all for your support and loving hearts. I would not be able to do this without you!

ARF also provides spay/neuter and educational programs to residents of First Nations communities as part of the effort to reduce the population of unwanted animals.
