Who is Nathalie Girard...
So you want to know a little more about me? Great! :-)
To make a long story short - I'm French Canadian and originally from Quebec City. I now live with my family in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and we're really enjoying ourselves here.
I've been blessed with the chance to travel extensively throughout my life. I have very fond memories of our bi-annual vacations to Miami, FL when I was a little girl (that's how I learned to speak English at a very young age), and of spending time in so many pretty little towns all the way down the Eastern Coast of the US. I've also had the chance to spend several years in the beautiful Caribbean, and I've also enjoyed some great vacation time in LA, Las Vegas, London UK and Vienna... every place I have visited is so lovely, unique and so inspiring!
All the beautiful gemstones from Mother Nature, sparkling Swarovski crystals and a rainbow of colors just open up a floodgate of ideas in my mind. I can't sit still - I'm so inspired... I have to create something! Whether it be a piece of jewelry, a greeting card, a small painting or knitting a cozy sweater, I just have to do something to express myself.
I have been designing jewelry for a couple of years now. I'm a born perfectionist, which I think is a good quality to have as a Silversmith. I really enjoy working in my studio, and the thought of making someone feel special and happy when they receive and wear one of my creations just makes my day :-)

I only use authentic Artisan-made lampwork glass beads , Artisan-made
dichroic glass cabochons, authentic Swarovski crystals & Swarovski
pearls, real gemstones and real freshwater and saltwater pearls, as
well as authentic Beach Glass (aka Sea Glass) which has been gently and
naturally tumbled by the sea for many years.
